Space for every
stage of family life.
The owners of this build came to Garron Homes with their own sketch already in mind, and our team worked with them to turn that vision into a custom home built to flow through every stage of family life — from the busy years with a young family through to the quieter chapters ahead. Four bedrooms, a separate rumpus and a study give everyone their own space, while an oversized theatre room offers a dedicated retreat for movie nights, fitted with sound-proof insulation so it stays contained to its own corner of the home.

A generously sized garage, built with extra height and depth to comfortably fit both the family cars and larger farm vehicles, connects through to the home via a mudroom — practical, everyday functionality for a rural property. At the other end of the plan, the master suite sits privately away from the main bedroom wing, with acoustic insulation helping keep it a genuinely quiet retreat, complemented by a walk-in robe and ensuite.
At the heart of the home, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living zone flows out to a covered alfresco, framed by feature brick columns — a spacious, considered layout designed to grow and adapt with the family inside it.
